PART 01

FOCUS: 
MOBILITY

Mobility focuses on maintaining and improving the range of motion of your joints. This stage of the workout emphasizes joint mobility in order to:

  • Enhance your capability to perform movements

  • Improve your day-to-day activities

  • Reduce your risk of injuries

PART 02

FOCUS: 
FLEXIBILITY

Flexibility exercises also help to improve your range of motion through stretching. We focus on flexibility in order to:

  • Enhance your mobility

  • Improve your posture

  • Decrease tightness

  • Reduce your risk of injuries

FOCUS: 
STABILITY

The stability stage of the class will focus on improving muscle coordination and balance. This will naturally:

  • Improve your agility

  • Enhance your reaction time

  • Boost overall fitness performance
